이용 중 문제가 있거나 개인정보 관련 요청이 있으면 이메일로 알려 주세요. 기기 모델, iOS 버전, 앱 버전(설정 → 정보)과 겪은 상황을 함께 적어 주시면 빠르게 확인할 수 있어요. 계정 비밀번호나 신분증은 보내지 마세요.
계정 삭제
앱의 설정 → 계정 삭제에서 계정과 모든 기록, 사진을 삭제할 수 있어요. Apple로 로그인한 경우 삭제 전에 Apple 인증을 한 번 더 요청해요. 삭제는 되돌릴 수 없으니 필요한 기록은 먼저 내보내 주세요. 앱을 삭제하는 것만으로는 계정이 삭제되지 않아요.
AI 처리 동의
사진과 글을 AI로 처리하려면 앱에서 별도로 동의해야 해요. 동의는 설정에서 언제든 철회할 수 있고, 철회해도 기존 기록은 그대로 볼 수 있어요.

Support (English)
For help with papermori or a privacy request, email oddtronaut@gmail.com. Please include your device, iOS version, the app version (Settings → About) and what happened. Never send passwords or ID documents.
To delete your account, open Settings → Delete account in the app. This removes your account, every page and every photo, and cannot be undone. Accounts created with Sign in with Apple are asked to confirm with Apple once more. Deleting the app alone does not delete your account.
AI processing of your photos and writing requires a separate in-app consent, which you can withdraw in Settings at any time. The privacy policy and terms are currently provided in Korean.
